About PrepGo

PrepGo is a gamified IELTS preparation platform. It offers practice across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, automated band estimates and feedback on written and spoken answers, progress tracking, streaks, leaderboards, and vocabulary tools.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time as the product develops. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but we cannot guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.

Eligibility and accounts

You need an account to use most of PrepGo. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use PrepGo with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher, who accepts responsibility for your use.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, share, rent, or transfer your account or access to anyone else.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Access, promo codes, and payments

Some PrepGo content is free, and full access is unlocked through a paid subscription, an eligible promo code, or a card-bound free trial. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; PrepGo does not store your full card number.

• Promo codes are granted at our discretion, may carry their own conditions, and have no cash value.
• The offer you explicitly accept at checkout states your plan, trial eligibility and duration, amount due now, and any recurring charges. Your billing country must be confirmed; the language of the app does not establish it. The regional checkout shows the exact amount charged in UZS before you accept.
• An eligible new regional monthly offer includes a seven-day card-bound free trial. Legacy card-bound trial offers retain their three-day duration. A trial applies only when the accepted offer includes it; otherwise the disclosed monthly price is due immediately. A verified card and explicit billing consent are required. No payment is taken when a free trial begins.
• You may cancel the scheduled first charge at any time from Profile before the trial ends. Cancellation stops future billing and your Premium access remains available until the stated trial end time.
• Regional monthly plans charge the disclosed UZS amount each month, starting after the accepted trial or immediately when no trial applies. Cancel automatic renewal in Profile before the next charge to stop future monthly billing. Access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period.
• A lifetime plan is one disclosed charge for lifetime access. It has no automatic renewal, recurring payment, or free trial.
• Existing customers keep their accepted legacy terms; introducing regional plans does not change their price, billing period, or trial. Legacy recurring subscriptions renew for the selected period at their agreed price unless renewal is stopped through the existing account controls.
• Prices and plan terms may change for new purchases. We will not increase a price already agreed for an active recurring subscription without advance notice and any consent required by law.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund. Refunds, where they apply, follow the rules below and any mandatory consumer protections in your country.

Refunds

If you have paid for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the charge. Refunds are returned through the original payment method once approved. Access purchased with a free promo code is not eligible for a cash refund.

If a persistent technical fault prevents you from using a paid feature and our support team cannot resolve it, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law.

Acceptable use

PrepGo is here to help you study honestly. When using it, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse the AI features, or use them to generate prohibited content.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or access the service through automated means except as we expressly permit.
• Impersonate another person, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and, where necessary, suspend or close accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

Your content

You keep ownership of the essays, recordings, and other material you submit. To run the service, you grant PrepGo a licence to store, process, and display that content to you, and to use it to generate your feedback and to improve our grading and content — using de-identified data where practical.

Any suggestions or feedback you send us about the product may be used freely without obligation to you.

Our content and intellectual property

PrepGo and everything that makes it up — the software, design, branding, test content, and the systems behind our AI feedback — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PrepGo for your own IELTS preparation. Practice material and AI-generated feedback are provided for your personal study only; you may not resell or redistribute them. The PrepGo name and logo may not be used without our permission.

About our IELTS scores and AI feedback

PrepGo is a study aid, not the official IELTS exam. Our band estimates and feedback are generated automatically and are meant to guide your preparation. They may contain mistakes and will not always match an official examiner’s result. We do not guarantee any particular score or that you will pass the IELTS exam.

Service “as is”

PrepGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and are responsible for keeping your own copies of important work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using PrepGo and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if it is required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as those on content licences, intellectual property, and liability — survive after your account ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of the city of Tashkent, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use of PrepGo means you accept the new version.
